Furthermore, you understand and agree that All-in-One-Cluster is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or perceived to be caused as a result of your use, access, or reliance on any third-party websites' services, content, goods, or other offerings.</p>

<h4>Termination Process</h4>
<p>All-in-One-Cluster reserves the right to terminate or stop access to our services at any time and without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.</p>

If a court of law finds any rights or terms of this Terms and Conditions agreement to be unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Terms and Conditions agreement will remain in effect.</p>
<p>These All-in-One-Cluster Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement between All-in-One-Cluster and all of its clients regarding our services. This Terms and Conditions agreement also supersedes and replaces any prior agreements we may have had with respect to our services.</p>
<h4>Change / Modify</h4>
<p>Without previous warning, All-in-One-Cluster reserves the right to update, modify, or replace the Terms and Conditions at any time. If the set adjustments are changed, All-in-One-Cluster may provide a 30-day warning period before the new Terms and Conditions take effect. All-in-One-Cluster has sole discretion over the nature of any change or modification.</p>
